DANC is a community for deaf, disabled and neurodivergent (DDN) creatives across the arts, screen, and media.
Whether you are a writer, actor, dancer, musician, or work in production crew, DANC is your space to connect with other DDN peers, share creative opportunities, and find support.
We work together using a solution-focused approach to build a stronger collective voice and make the industry more accessible from the ground up.

DANC is run by TripleC, a BAFTA-winning, disabled-led community interest company. We work nationally to advance equity, access, and representation for the DDN community through professional development, advocacy, and expert industry training.
